Standard Turnaround
It typically takes only 7 -10 days from the time we receive your order and image until the charm is ready to be shipped or picked-up. Our busiest seasons are Spring (Mother's Day) and Winter (Christmas). Please check the current holiday cutoff schedule before placing your order.
Rush Turnaround
If you need your gift quickly, we can have your charm created and out the door within 3 business days. Photo must be received by 12:00 (noon) CST to be eligible to begin processing that day.
Domestic Shipping
Standard ground shipping for US orders with insurance is $9.60 per order. We also offer 2 day shipping with insurance for only $20.85. All shipping options include tracking.
International Shipping
Due to variances in customs regulations and differences in shipping costs, please contact us with your shipping address to get a final cost to place an international order as shipping charges vary by location.
